Saturday night at The Fortune of War

A couple of weeks back we took our field cinema down to the Fortune of War pub on Brighton sea front to test out running a pop-up cinema down there.

We had a great set up with a selection of deckchairs donated by the kind staff at the Fortune of War. As soon night fell we started to charge up the system, we have to sustain a steady flow of 14.5 volts for the DVD player and amp to operate and thankfully we had a continual supply of passers by who stopped to give pedaling a go. It was remarkable how many people could pedal, watch the film and drink a pint at the same time - surely multi-tasking at it's best!? You can check out our photos on the Flickr feed.
