Hi, me again just wondering if you will be putting the video you made of me in Kidderminster Broadwaters Park on your website
I’ve been asking Mum and Dad lots and lots for a bike generator so I can power up the Christmas tree lights and………………I DID NOT GET ONE AT ALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So shame on adults

Excellent fun at Broadwaters Park – thanks for bringing all the kit along. It certainly made a lot of us think about how much electricity we are wasting and I enjoyed my cuppa when I got home a whole lot more.

Well, THAT WAS GREAT FUN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can’t believe it took ten people to make one cuppa. AMAZING
It was great fun and made me realize how much electricity is used and I’m pretty sure I would do it again. I also thought it was good how the had they had adds ( the tag on’s ) for kids and there were a really good variety of different bikes. I liked the LED lights you could power up, rather fun and easy. Generally good fun. Plus it keeps you nice and warm. If you do it in the evening. Also lights up the set up ground and really is such fun. Unfortunately didn’t get to try a cuppa or any toast but I’m rather sure they would be fab. IT WAS GREAT FUN !!!!!!!!!!

Bizarre, that is not what was said to them. What was said was that if we’d have carried on much longer we’d have blacked out. Does not matter anyway, still good press!

Anyone seen the article in the Daily Mail today?

It says we (the cyclists) couldn’t keep up with the demand and the house blacked-out. I know it was going a little “grey” towards the end and we were probably seconds from a blackout, but I don’t think the lights actually went out.

Is this a case of the Daily Mail, for once!!!! trying to pull the wool over the eye of it’s readers to make a more interesting story???

It will be intersting to watch the program tonight to see how they “edit” it together.

P.S.
It was interesting to hear that Andy had left the coffee hot plate on all day. We’ll have to forgive him though as luckily he only took a relatively short shower and that seemed to be the killer appliance as far as I was concerned,
